Clinical Supervisor LCSW/LPC
Advanced Psychotherapy Practice Llc is seeking Licensed Therapist who can also supervise associates to join our team! We are a thriving practice that has provided services in CT since 2013. The outpatient practice provides mental health, family counseling and addiction services to individuals, families, and couples, and we're committed to delivering exceptional care to our clients.
*Job Summary:* The Licensed Clinical Supervisor is Responsible for their own minimum caseload of 15-18 clients per week, plus up to 2 hours of direct supervision weekly for up to 2 associates. For Full time and to be considered for benefits, 25 face to face clients is required weekly.
The Licensed Clinical Supervisor (Therapist) must have excellent documentation skills, be comfortable with providing supervision of associates cases, offer direct support to associates, offer weekly supervision, signing associate documents, have a positive disposition and enjoy helping others in the field!
The office offers flexible scheduling, administrative support, and a supportive private practice environment with billing, marketing, and call screening handled for you.
Compensation: $54–$60 per hour (DOE) and supervision hours per associate (weekly) provided up to $75 per hour.

Requirements: You must have excellent documentation skills, have experience with contacting collateral contacts, completing assessments and treatment plans and remaining flexible. Previous supervision experience or leadership roles is a plus! This is an opportunity for excellent compensation and growth.
Qualifications: Must possess an unrestricted independent License to practice counseling in the state of CT (LPC, LCSW, LMFT considered). **Bonus for bi-lingual and counseling specialties such as Art Therapy, EMDR for example

Associate level therapists
Advanced Psychotherapy Practice is growing and thriving. We are currently seeking Licensed Professional counselors & LMSW’s to work under Clinical Supervisors at our practice!
Responsibilities include: managing a caseload of 15-18 clients for part time and 23-28 full time. You will see individuals including teens and adults in a private practice setting
The ideal candidate will possess: Great communication skills, the ability to use an EHR, the ability to follow- up with collateral contacts within 24 hours, respond to emails professionally and timely, A willingness to learn, An ability to follow ethical codes of conduct and standards and overall good counseling skills
Compensation: Pay is dependent upon experience ranging from $35-$40 hourly
Supervision: will be provided weekly by your supervisor
