Lisa Nichols, LPC PhD ABD, Assistant Clinical Director
My name is Lisa Nichols is a Licensed Professional Counselor who has worked in the mental health field for over 20 years.I have experience in working with sexual assault, domestic violence, trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, substance use/ coocurring, and perinatal mental health. I also has experience working with family systems, couples and individuals, with a theraputic focus on marital and relationship challenges. I have worked with all age groups in the past, and I specialize in working with young adults and adults.
I have worked in a variety of theraputic settings, with experience providing treatment in groups, and family and individual therapy.
I have worked in inpatient settings, residential, clinical group, intensive outpatient, outpatient, and in-home services. My experience allows me to connect with individuals experiences with various forms of treatment.
I utilize a wide variety of clinical skills and treatment modalities and find it essential to be a person centered psychotherapist utilizing an eclectic modality.

Dr Ashley Neal, PMHNP-BC, Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse practitioner
Hi! I'm Ashley Neal, DNP, APRN, PMHNP-BC offering concierge psychiatry and mental wellness care in Connecticut. I know how hard it can feel to take the first step toward healing, and my goal is to make that step easier, safer, and more personal. With 11 years of clinical experience, I specialize in medication management for adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, ADHD, sleep difficulties, stress, life transitions, and also support FMLA requests. I believe healing isn't one size fits all, so I tailor treatment to meet you where you are-whether you're looking for support during a difficult season or long term stability.
My approach is trauma informed, compassionate and faith sensitive (when desired). Many clients appreciate my ability to integrate mental health care with a holistic perspective-honoring not just symptoms, but your story, values and your goals.

Terri Miller is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner licensed in five states. With 14 years of experience across diverse clinical settings, she treats conditions including depression, anxiety, PTSD, OCD, and ADHD.
Known for her down-to-earth approach, Terri combines evidence-based medication management with patient education and a strong focus on therapeutic connection.

Therapy is a process, and in that regard, it benefits you to allow for the process to unfold by committing to services at least weekly in the beginning. You and your therapist can eventually decide your treatment frequency.

You should expect to complete your initial evaluation and thereafter see your therapist regularly for therapy weekly. These sessions are where you will work together towards treatment plan goals which assist in framing and structuring your sessions. Your individualized plan will include personalized goals. Your treatment will be tailored specifically to your needs

Be sure to obtain individual counselor’s name, phone, and/or email address to re-schedule or cancel sessions. You should try to cancel within 24 hours to avoid a late or no- show fee. We hold 10-15 min in wait time for tardiness

Treatment for an intake assessment is $280 without insurance
Treatment without insurance is $180 per individual therapy session
Treatment without insurance for couples/family is $225
