Meghan Rose, LPC
Therapist
Life’s challenges can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to face them alone. I work with children, teens, and adults. I strive to support individuals as they navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional dysregulation, and addiction. With six years of experience, I have a strong background in guiding clients through family and relationship conflicts, identity concerns, and gender transitions. I provide an affirming space for the LGBTQIA+ community and work with those impacted by adverse childhood experiences to foster healing and resilience.
My therapeutic approach utilizes a trauma-informed framework, blending Trauma-Focused CBT, DBT, ACT, IFS, and Motivational Interviewing. I meet clients where they're at, and fit the interventions to help each uniquely specific need. Together, we’ll explore the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while working toward emotional regulation, self-acceptance, and meaningful goals. I integrate holistic practices to treat the whole person, creating a seamless, compassionate approach that honors your individual needs and strengths.
