Do you guarantee that an insurance company will accept me?

No. Credentialing and contracting decisions are made exclusively by each insurance company. APP Practice Solutions cannot guarantee acceptance, participation, reimbursement rates, effective dates, or processing timelines. We can help ensure that applications are prepared accurately, submitted appropriately, tracked, and followed up on according to the selected service.

How long does credentialing take?

Processing times vary considerably by payer, provider type, application status, and whether a panel is accepting new clinicians. Credentialing frequently takes 30-90 days or a few months for some private payers. Any estimated timeline is informational and cannot be guaranteed.

Do you provide billing services?

APP Practice Solutions currently focuses on credentialing, payer enrollment, practice setup, and operational consultation. Limited billing-readiness reviews or workflow consultations may be available, but we do not currently provide ongoing full-service claims billing.

Do you work only with Connecticut clinicians?

Our primary specialty is supporting Connecticut mental health professionals and practices. Consultation for clinicians outside Connecticut may be available depending on the requested service, but payer-specific support may be limited.

Can you help me start my private practice?

Yes. We can help you identify the administrative and operational steps involved in launching your practice. Our services do not replace consultation with an attorney, accountant, tax professional, or compliance specialist.

Can you help credential a clinician joining my group?

Yes. We can review the clinician’s readiness, identify the payer-specific steps that may be required, and assist with individual enrollment or group affiliation according to the agreed-upon service.

What information will I need to provide?

Requirements vary, but clinicians commonly need current licensing information, NPI information, CAQH access, professional liability coverage, education and employment history, practice details, tax information, and payer-related documents. You will receive a customized document checklist during onboarding.
